A user is one person with a Power BI license or Power BI free license.
The free trial is for 30-days. During the free trial, customers are not charged. After the trial period, users can pay for a subscription plan to continue using the visual. All purchases and billing are managed through your Microsoft Office 365 account.
Users must register through JVIZ Customer Support Portal to submit support tickets. JVIZ Customer Support Team is available Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm Eastern Standard Time, except holidays. JVIZ provides Power BI visual technical support and end-user support. Technical support is defined as maintenance of the JVIZ custom Power BI visual, Power BI App, or Power BI Theme (version updates and software patches) performed by JVIZ Support Team. End user support is defined as JVIZ Support Team helping the end-user with understanding how to use the custom Power BI visual, app or theme.
For monthly subscriptions, you can opt to cancel auto-renewal any time. When you cancel, you will not be billed after your remaining monthly subscription time is up. For annual subscriptions, you can opt to cancel auto-renewal any time. When you cancel, you will not be billed after your remaining annual subscription time is up. All cancellations must take place within your Microsoft Office 365 tenant.
