• JINETT Visuals (abbreviated “JVIZ”) are custom Power BI visuals and include: JVIZ Product Roadmap©, JVIZ Gantt Chart©, JVIZ Strategic Roadmap©, JVIZ Dot Matrix©, JVIZ Tag List© and JVIZ KP Icons©.
• “You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.

By accessing our Site or Service, you accept our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect
We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks.

Personal Information includes your name, email, and phone number which you submit to us through the contact us form. We only collect personal information if you submit a contact us form.

Information Collected Via Technology
To use our website, you do not need to submit any Personal Information. To use the Service thereafter, you do not need to submit further Personal Information. However, in an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you.

Information We Collect When You Use Custom Visuals
Apart from the user information content you voluntarily share by signing up or authenticating via a third-party authentication provider, no other information is collected or aggregated in Custom Visuals and transmitted to our servers.

• Security of your DataWe do not collect, store, or sell any data (personal or non-personal) in the Custom Visuals. We do not log any actions, events, or data being visualized within Custom Visuals.
• Links to Other Sites Custom Visuals may contain links to JVIZ websites including documentation website pages or videos hosted on third-party sites (e.g. YouTube). Such links present in the Custom Visuals do not collect or process personal data but are to provide a quality end-user experience by connecting you to informational resources. JVIZ and/or its affiliates are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other websites outside the Company. We recommend that you carefully read the privacy statements of all third-party websites.
